Invincible Season 3 Begins

SPOILER WARNING The beloved adult animated television series, Invincible, based on the widely praised comic book, began their third installment of the show earlier this month. Invincible picks up right where the second season left off, after Mark’s brawl with Angstrom Levy.
After encountering the guardians from the future, Mark decides to tell Eve his feelings for her, and the relationship works out how most superhero relationships work out, by saving the world first, then the relationship second. The new season introduces new characters such as Multi-Paul, Dupli-Kate’s twin brother, Battle Beast and Machine Head. One of this season’s main villains, Mr. Liu tries to break Multi-Paul out of prison after his altercation with Invincible that landed him in jail.
The overarching arc regarding Allen the Alien trying his best to recruit Omni-Man to his cause to take down the Viltrum empire, is subsided with the empire’s attempts to exterminate them in the intergalactic prison.
Mark retaliates from Cecil’s orders multiple times leading to him and a number of the guardians walking out from the GDA’s grasp. Along with Mark and Eve’s relationship, we discover more about Rex Splode and Shrinking Rae’s relationship.
Overall, being halfway through the season rollout, I am super excited for what the season will bring and how the characters can be developed.
