“The White Lotus” Season 3 Rolls Out

The six-time Emmy nominated limited anthology series released its third installment on HBO on February 16th, 2025. The show follows different groups of people vacationing to a “White Lotus” hotel in various locations around the world as they intertwine and take a turn for the worse.
This season follows five different character groups with the first one being Belinda (returning from season one) travelling this season’s location in Thailand to learn Thailandese massage techniques to bring back to the White Lotus location in Hawaii. She visits Thailand with her son who is stressed out with midterms.
The second group follows a family of five. The eldest son, Saxon who tries to hook up with any girl he sees, Piper the second sibling who is in Thailand to write a college thesis and Lachy who is coming along for the ride, although there is something fishy in the relationship between the older siblings and Lachy. The father, Timothy, is stressed out with business calls that reveal more about his corrupt life outside of the vacation. The mother, Parker, acts the most normal out of the whole family.
The third character arc follows three middle-age white women, with one of them, Jaclyn, being an international superstar actress. The trio are travelling to Thailand to reconnect after years of being apart. Jaclyn and Kate hit it off, while Laurie feels a bit out of place.
The fourth arc is between Rick and Chealsea, who are in Thailand for vacation because Rick insisted on it and is acting suspicious by overly-asking the staff about the hotel owner’s husband.
The last arc is by far my favorite between hotel workers, Mook and Gaimok who navigate their relationship from being childhood friends to co-workers to potential lovers.
I am super excited to see where this season will lead as it is by far my favorite out of the whole show so far.
